Kayla serves as the Firm Administrator, bringing over 20 years of experience in operations, financial management, and organizational leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State College at Jacksonville and will be beginning a second bachelor’s degree in information technology with a concentration in FinTech, reflecting her commitment to modernizing systems and strengthening the firm’s operational infrastructure.
In her role, Kayla oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, financial processes, human resources functions, and administrative workflows. She works closely with attorneys and staff to ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistency across all areas of the firm, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service. Her background allows her to blend analytical insight with practical execution, supporting both the business and people sides of the practice.
Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Kayla values balance between her professional and personal life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, and being near the beach. She is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and steady leadership style.
